The State College Downtown Improvement District is pleased to announce that Northwest Savings Bank is once again the proud sponsor of Summer's Best Music Fest in Downtown State College, PA. The 3 stage outdoor music festival will be held on Saturday, June 27, from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., in the heart of Downtown State College. With more than twenty live performances, in nearly all genres of music, there's sure to be something for everyone!
